Ideas for How to Use These Cards
Pull a card from the deck intuitively, or flip through the deck and see which affirmation leads to an energetic charge. Work with this card for a period of time, by placing it on a mirror, in your car, kitchen, desk or anywhere else you will see it frequently. Repeat the affirmation in your mind or outload and notice what arises. Journal, breathe and meditate on this affirmation and what thoughts, beliefs, emotions and sensations arise in you. Repeat until the energy shifts to a place of acceptance and calm.
